Overall the RTX 3070 offers a solid 39% performance increase in performance in 4K gaming over the RTX 2070 Super at the exact same MSRP.
The RTX 3070 offers a cost per frame of around $3.50 which is significantly lower than the RTX 2070 Super’s $5.60 per frame, making the RTX 3070 a far the better value card, as well as a much better performer.

The post is small — just a test. From the picture, in general, everything is clear, but I will give a small comment to the ladies:
I am slowly assembling a small render station on the GPU for my own needs. It will be assembled on the GeForce RTX 2070 Super, but I decided to put something more powerful on the main working computer, but the toad crushed it on the 2080ti, and it wouldn’t be enough for 2 now, so I decided to take the 2080 super and screwed it up.
As you can see from the picture, with almost a 50% difference in price, the increase in performance was only about 5%. And when the BP came, and I managed to run the 3rd card on the second computer, and it gave an increase of just a third, I was «upset» even more. And for the price of 3 pieces of 2070, they come out approximately like 2 pieces of 2080 …
In general, whoever assembles a similar system, or just decided to install a «more powerful» card, don’t be fooled by 2080 super, it won’t make sense, then immediately save up for Ti .
ps It would be interesting to see how much 2 2080ti cards perform in the same test (OctaneBench 4.00), preferably without NVLink.

I’ll tell you more 2060 super is like one regular 2070 (I have a regular 2070). You can look at 2060 super. The difference between 2070 normal and 2070 super well, a maximum of 15%. so I’m not too upset. I took it when there was no super version. I wanted to render on fstorm, but for now, because of the recording of lessons, I am writing material on the crown. because of this, I completely rebuilt the computer and took the 2700x processor. By the way, in terms of speed, it is equivalent to rendering at 2070. Well, if you compare it like that. checked in time.
If you generalize two 2070s, the usual ones work like one 2080. something is wrong in your test

Do you mean 2700x Ryzen? And «checked in vree» — it means that they considered the same scene on the ryzen in the CPU virey, and on the giforce 2070 they switched / reconfigured to the GPU virray? …
By the way, what an interesting comparison. I installed the i9-10940X (as part of this upgrade), it will be interesting to compare it in the CPU mode and these two super 2080s are already in the GPU mode.
