The AMD A6-1450 is a Laptop processor with 4 cores, launched in 2013. It is part of the A6 lineup, using the Jaguar architecture with Socket FT3. The core-count is effectively doubled, to 4 threads. A6-1450 has 2.00MB of L3 cache and operates at 1 GHz by default, but can boost up to 1. 4 GHz, depending on the workload. AMD is building the A6-1450 on a 28 nm production process.     Twin screw pumps 2BB for petroleum products

    Pumps of the A6 series are equipped with a double mechanical seal with forced flow-through supply of buffer liquid to the seals — “Plan 54” piping. Under certain operating conditions, it is possible to use in pumps of the A6 series a supply system with piping according to “Plan 53”

    Pumps of the A8 series are equipped with a single mechanical seal with an auxiliary and non-pressure buffer system — piping “Plan 52”.

    Based on pumps of the A6 series with If necessary, it is possible to create pumps of the A7 series (complete with a single seal with an auxiliary one). For the operation of the A7 series pumps, there is no need for forced flow-through supply of buffer liquid.

    The pumps included in the units belong to general purpose products (ION) type I (repairable) according to GOST 27.003-90, they are manufactured in climatic version U, placement category 2 according to GOST 15150-69. At the request of the consumer, it is possible to manufacture pumps in other climatic versions. When developing pumps, safety requirements were taken into account in accordance with OST26-06-2028-96, as well as the norms and rules of Rostekhnadzor in accordance with PB08-624-03, PB09-540-03, PB09-563-03.

    Units can be used for operation in explosive and fire hazardous industries.

    CONSTRUCTION

    The pump unit consists of a twin screw pump and an electric motor mounted on a common base frame. The motor and pump are connected via a coupler. The coupling is closed by a protective casing.

    Pump — positive displacement, horizontal. In the bores of the pump casing there are two synchronously rotating rotors with a special screw thread. The replaceable clip is inserted into the welded pump casing.

    The rotation from the male rotor to the driven rotor is transmitted through the synchronizing gears. The rotors rest on bearings removed from the hydraulic part of the pump.

    The working cavity of the pump is closed at the ends with spacers or bearing housings, and the shafts are sealed with mechanical seals.

    The direction of rotation of the main rotor is left (counter-clockwise) when viewed from the motor side.

    For reliable protection of bearings from ingress of pumped liquid, double seals are installed on the pumps. For cooling and lubrication of the cuffs, dosing greasers are installed on the bearing housings.

    The units can be equipped with a soft starter, a frequency converter, a monitoring and control system that controls the pressure at the inlet and outlet of the pump, the temperature of the pump and motor bearings, the rotational speed, depending on the inlet pressure, etc.
