You mean «many people» in an ironic way, right? And if someone owns one — I fear manuals aren’t what they want to sell. And I never ever have heard of casio manual scans.

Casio has some on that side. Maybe you can look through other calc’s manuals to get some basic things that are the same like on your calc. Good luck.

Message to forum moderators.
What about making the date more prominent, or disallow replies
to really old posts ?

it is not forbidden or bad to post to old topics.
It is just unusual …
but better a late awnser than never (though 3 years later nearly qualifys as never )

Does anyone know where I can buy a Casio FX 6300G?
I keep on meaning to put some of my collection onto ebay, but just never seem to find the time.
I have an FX-6300G which I still occasionally use — No box, but the calculator and manual are in very good condition.
If you’re really interested, let me know.

Overview of the AMD FX 6300
processor The processor was released in 2012 for motherboards with Socket AM3+. The model belongs to the CPU of medium performance in the line of the second generation of FX processors, has 6 cores with frequencies of 3500-3800 megahertz and heat dissipation of 95W, which will require a good cooling system (up to 120W). The AMD FX 6300 is made according to the 32nm technology standards and carries the Vishera architecture. At the time of its release and the following 5-7 years, this processor was considered an excellent gaming option with an excellent price / performance ratio and fairly good overclocking potential, it was one of the best CPUs for the money for many years. As of 2020, the FX 6300, combined with a fairly powerful video card (Radeon RX470, GeForce GTX960 and older), at least 8 gigabytes of RAM and medium graphics settings, can provide fairly good performance (40-50 frames, with a drawdown of up to 35 frames in difficult scenes) even in the most modern projects like Red Dead Redemption 2. In older games like GTA V and Tomb Raider 2013, the AMD FX 6300 will produce a comfortable number of frames per second (50fps+) at high graphics settings. This CPU can easily cope with office tasks, providing comfortable work in standard Windows and Office applications, surfing the Internet.
AMD FX 6300 performance comparison table
This table summarizes the results of tests of the overall performance of the processor in question, the nearest junior and senior models of the line (if any), predecessor and successor (if any), as well as the capabilities of the nearest competitor models :
Positioning | CPU Model | PassMark
Test piece | AMD FX 6300 | 4135 points
Junior model | AMD FX 4350 | 3265 points
Older model | AMD FX 6330 | 4455 points

Appearance of Socket AM3+. Cooling System To cool this 95W processor, you will need a universal cooler compatible with sockets AM2, AM2+, AM3, AM3+, AM4, FM1, FM2, FM2+. The thickness of the aluminum heatsink should be at least 50mm, and the fan diameter should be at least 90mm. In case of using the tower version of the cooler, a model with two heat pipes is sufficient. RAM If possible, use RAM in dual-channel mode (two or four identical bars). Choose memory modules equipped with chips on both sides of the textolite substrate. This will allow you to get the best performance from your PC. Overview of the AMD FX-6300 processorFX-6300 belongs to a series of desktop processors from AMD, implemented on the Vishera architecture. six-core, powerful processor for entertainment and work. The beginning of the start of sales can be considered October 23, 2012. The temperature limit of the processor cores at the highest load reaches 705°C. Technological process 32 Nm — the total number of transistors is 1200 million. There is a possibility of regular overclocking of the processor, thanks to the free multiplier. It is installed exclusively on motherboards with Socket AM3+ socket. This processor will need a powerful cooling system because the TDP is 95W. The bus data rate will be 2600 MHz 16-bit HyperTransport (5.2 GT/s). The PCI Express bus version 3.0 supports the ability to install SSD (Solid State Drives) NVM Express if there is an appropriate connector in the form factors U.2, PCI cards or M.2. A clock speed of 3500 megahertz per core is enough for most of the new tasks assigned to the PC. In addition, the new auto-overclocking mode will make this processor more productive by significantly raising the base frequency to 4100 megahertz. A fairly powerful processor at the time of release in 2012, it will be able to guarantee an excellent gaming experience.
Competitors and analoguesAmong the competitors from Intel, it is necessary to highlight the Core i5-4570R, model 4785T on the LGA1150 socket from the Core i7 series, which appeared 1 year later, model 4590 from the line of Core i5 processors, Core i7-3770T 2012 release , the 4670K LGA1150 model among the Core i5 line, here you can add the Core i5-4690 based on the Haswell architecture. On the Socket AM3 + connector, AMD models should be noted among the competitors: FX-9590 on the Vishera architecture, FX-8320 of 2012, FX-8350 on the Vishera architecture, FX-9370 from 2013, FX-8370E 2 years later, model 8370 from the FX series. If we take into account the entire line of Core processors, then the 6300 occupies the 14th position among them. |
