Hatches, cast-iron hatches, well hatches, sewer manhole, plastic hatches, storm water inlets St.
Petersburg
Manholes (luik from Dutch), a cover that closes a hole in a structure and provides access to it. Hatches are opened only for the implementation of the required amount of work, in all other cases, the hatches must be closed.
Cast iron manholes are manhole manholes, they are intended for installation on manhole slabs and chambers of underground utilities. The manhole cover allows us to see the designation of the communications that it hides:
V — water supply
G — fire hydrant
K — sewerage
D — rainwater drainage
TS — heating networks
GS — gas network
GTS — city telephone network

Substrate preparation
Thoroughly clean the surface from substances that prevent adhesion to the base: dust, dirt, oils, grease, paint, cement laitance, rust.
The base must be load-bearing and able to withstand the load (cohesive concrete peel strength — not less than 1.5 MPa).
Destroyed and flaking elements are removed mechanically or by water or sand blasting.
The surface to be coated with Resmix 610 must be roughened to a minimum depth of 5 mm (aggregate must be clearly visible).
Steel reinforcement in reinforced concrete structures, as well as newly installed metal elements, are cleaned with a wire brush manually or mechanically using a sandblaster to a degree of cleanliness Sa 2½ according to GOST R ISO 8501-1-2014.
When the reinforcement is fully opened, the gap between the concrete surface and the reinforcement must be at least 20 mm.
Rebar must be protected with Resmix 600 anti-corrosion primer, 2 mm thick.
Before applying Resmix 610, the substrate must be pre-moistened.
Highly absorbent substrates are recommended to be moistened several times.
Excess water should be removed from the surface with compressed air or a rag.
The prepared surface must be damp and free from gloss.
The surface must not form a water film and frost.
Material preparation
Mixing ratio: 3.5-4.5 liters of water are required for 25 kg of dry mix.
Gradually add the dry mixture to a measured amount of water while stirring until a uniform, lump-free consistency is obtained.
Mixing time 3-5 minutes.
Let the mortar mix for 3 minutes and remix for 1 minute.
The time of use of the ready mortar mixture is no more than 45 minutes.
The mortar mixture should be stirred periodically.
Application of material
Resmix 610 is applied manually (trowel, trowel, spatula) or with mortar pumps and then smoothed down, from 6 to 50 mm thick.
For thicker layers, layering is necessary.
Apply the second and each subsequent coat of Resmix 610 only when the first coat has set but not hardened.
Application thickness when leveling local defects up to 100 mm.
On smooth substrates (surface roughness less than 5 mm deep) an adhesive layer prepared with Resmix 610 with a thinner consistency must be applied.
Apply the adhesive layer to the pre-moistened substrate by rubbing the mortar mixture into the surface with a stiff bristle brush, then apply the base layer using the “wet on wet” method.
To obtain a smoother surface, smooth the applied mortar with a wooden, plastic or sponge float.
Surface troweling may only be carried out after the repair mortar has begun to set.
Additional (finish) leveling of the surface, if necessary, is carried out after 24 hours using Resmix 650 repair putty.
Surface care hours under normal conditions, and when exposed to direct sunlight and wind for 48 hours.
To protect the surface, either standard methods are used (spraying water, covering the surface with a film or damp burlap) or by applying a special film-forming composition (curing) — Resmix NB.
Fresh material must be protected from freezing.
Cleaning equipment and tools
Rinse equipment and tools with water after finishing work.
Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
Additional conditions
When the mortar starts to set, do not add water to the mix.
