    The heat dissipation requirement (TDP) is the maximum amount of power that the cooling system will have to dissipate. A lower TDP also usually means less power consumption.

    The GTX 1050 Ti 4GB is Nvidia’s latest Pascal based GPU. The 1050 Ti has a TDP of 75 Watts and is based on a new 14nm GP107 processing core which has approximately 66% of the key resources (CUDA cores, texture units, memory bandwidth and transistor count etc.) found on the 3GB GTX 1060. Comparing userbenchmarks for the 1050 Ti and 3GB 1060 shows that the 1050 Ti is falling a little short of our expectations but we only have one benchmark for the 1050 Ti so the average score will probably improve as we gather more samples. The list price for the 1050 Ti is $139which is between AMDs $185 RX 470 and $100 RX 460.     GeForce GTX 1050 Ti mobile graphics card will be powerful enough

    As you know, the current generation of Nvidia graphics cards lacks purpose-built mobile adapters. Instead, laptop manufacturers use conventional GPUs, which are almost identical in configurations to those that are the basis of desktop cards.

    This is made possible by the excellent power efficiency of the Pascal architecture. At the moment, the junior adapter of the new generation, which is used in mobile PCs, is the GeForce GTX 1060. But recently, Nvidia introduced the GeForce GTX 1050 and GTX 1050 Ti desktop video cards, and the appearance of their counterparts in the mobile segment is only a matter of time.

    According to the source, the GeForce GTX 1050 Ti mobile 3D card will perform better than the desktop one. This will be achieved through frequencies. If the desktop GPU works at frequencies of 1290/1392 MHz, then for the mobile version the frequencies will be increased to 1490/1624 MHz, which will give a good performance boost.
