    AMD Ryzen 3 2300X Processor Overview

    The AMD Ryzen 3 2300X desktop CPU is based on the Pinnacle Ridge core architecture. 4-core, powerful processor for work, entertainment and gaming. In the component markets since September 10, 2018.

    The base clock frequency of 3500 MHz per core is sufficient for today’s PC users. Moreover, the new Turbo Core mode can guarantee the high performance of the processor by increasing the base frequency from 3500 to 4000 MHz.

The maximum temperature threshold for heavy workload can reach up to 95 degrees. The bus capacity will be 4 × 8 GT/s. Overclocking is allowed because it has a free multiplier. This processor is placed on motherboards with socket AM4.

    Supports DDR4-2933 RAM in 2-channel mode, bandwidth 46.933 Gb/s. The amount of memory that can be installed is 64 GB.

    PCI-e support is built into the processor, this will help to install all kinds of peripherals. The built-in PCI Express 3.0 bus controller supports 24 lanes. PCI-e version 3.0 makes it possible to connect an NVMe SSD if there is an appropriate slot in the motherboard M.2, PCI cards or U.2.
