4.3 GHz — far from the limit of
The entire line xeon x5600 is perfect GHz and above. The only condition is that you need a good branded motherboard based on the X58 chipset.
On boards from workstations, server and Chinese motherboards, overclocking, in most cases, is impossible.
If the processor is taken for medium overclocking, as a rule there is no point in overpaying for older models and you can get by with the X5650.
