Does the Snapdragon 865 surpass the legend A13 Bionic in terms of speed and performance? IPhone Islam
A few months ago when the iPhone 11 was released, we shared an article with you about Apple A13 Bionic Processor New and we wrote about it in poetry and prose as it was a revolutionary magician with tremendous performance at the time and at that time, we have made it clear how much it outperforms other processors, but after the launch of Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 865 processor last month, everything is as it is? This is what we will talk about today, conducting performance tests with us!
Apple A vs Snapdragon
Processor Comparison Mode Over the past three years, Apple has always made significant progress in its processors in exchange for what the Android world has to offer in terms of processors, which is a huge world that has Kirin processors from Huawei, Exynos from Samsung, Snapdragon from Qualcomm in addition. to many slow processors from MediaTek! But in fact So, the Apple A11 processor, for example, which appeared with the iPhone 8 in 2017, it showed excellent performance compared to the processor. Snapdragon 855 He is the Wizard of the Year 2019! Roughly speaking, both therapists acted in the same way.
If we download Snapdragon 855 again and compare it with Apple A13 Bionic Processor This is the Apple processor of the same 2019, we will find that the Apple processor has reached up to 25% advantage, and you may know this information, but if we took this information into the direct comparison space and mentioned that Al Jadeed’s Snapdragon 865 processor delivers 20-25% better performance than its predecessor, so we’ll find that in numbers. Snapdragon 865 performance = Apple A13 Bionic performance!
banknote : The term «processor» is used metaphorically for the smartphone chipset, SoC — System on a Chip, which is actually more than just processors, because it includes chips that include many things, including the processor itself! For example, the Apple A13 chip includes a CPU, a GPU, a neural engine. .. and more!
Benchmarks: Apple A13 vs Snapdragon 865
Benchmark tests were done on the iPhone 11 Pro Max to measure the best possible performance for the Apple A13 processor, while the same tests were done on a standard device designed by Qualcomm, and this is because the new Snapdragon processors were not released to the market yet! This device is known as the Qualcomm Reference Device (QRD) or Qualcomm Reference Device.
As far as tests for the older Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus was used! This is because the tests included three processors, not just new processors, and they were also run using SpeedTest GX 2.0.
New Snapdragon 865 processor in green, Apple processor in yellow and old Snapdragon 855 processor in orange on top.
As you can see from the tests prepared by AndroidAuthority, the new Snapdragon processor is the winner, but undoubtedly the Apple A13 Bionic processor is still tipping the scales. GPU performance, Here, the iPhone 11 Pro Max processor completed its 3D Unity performance tests. 14.5 seconds vs 16.9 seconds New Snapdragon 865 processor! Of course, the GPU’s GPU is the controller of the device’s ability to run high quality games and videos.
AnTuTu performance tests.. Will they give the same results?
Before we finish the article with you, there is no objection to sharing AnTuTu performance tests for each of the Apple A13 Bionic processor and the new Snapdragon 865 processor with the old Snapdragon 855 processor, and this is because many supporters of the technical field give more Trust in the AnTuTu platform than others and here are the results (which are not much different):0003
