Can I Overclock AMD E-300?

Hi,

I just downloaded League of Legends and I it play with my friends, but everytime a match starts I am the last one to load in.
I have the AMD E-300 APU, with 1,3 GHz clockspeed, and the minimum requirements of the game are 2 GHz. The game runs fine, it’s just the loading that goes slowly.
Is there any way I can overclock my E-300? I don’t care if it will consume alot of power, my laptop is always connected.
I have added a screenshot of my CPU-Z as attachment

Thanks in advance
