Overview of the AMD Opteron 4122 processor

The Opteron 4122 microprocessor, implemented on the Lisbon microarchitecture, is designed for server computers. The market launch took place in 2010.

Clock frequency of 2200 MHz is enough for the main tasks assigned to the servers.

The manufacturer claims that the bus speed will be 3200 MHz 16-bit HyperTransport (6.4 GT/s). The maximum temperature threshold when loaded will be 70 degrees. AMD Introduces Socket C32 Processors

Introducing three months ago processors
Opteron 61xx processors with eight or twelve cores, having a dual-chip layout and a Socket G34 design, AMD has already thought about the upcoming announcement of the Opteron 41xx processors in Socket C32, known under the code name Lisbon.
