1088 founders edition are strictly water-cooled items i water-cooled for our reference designs. They tend to overclock a little bit better when they’re put on water and then we had add in bore partners a little tweak there. Air reference cool designs. So if you’re gon na get an air-cooled design, go for their admin board partner, personally you’ll probably able to find one cheaper anyway, then the reference design anyway, but through each their own

Can this list get any more optimized or cheaper?
Personally I would either +1 up the power supply 650 or 750 watts and to a gold vs bronze level OR drop the full modular and go semi-modular 550w budget. Being that $80 one on your list for 550 watts bronze is mostly about it being full modular on the cables. I also think the 550 watt is min-spec for your video card, might cripple an upgrade path later unless you have more power.

I know Elden Ring has some performance issues, but even then, is it possible to run it with RX 550 4GB? Because I was able to run all the recent heavy games, such as Tales of Arise, Halo Infinite on my RX 550 desktop. The minimum GPU requirement is AMD Radeon RX 580 4GB, the recommended GPU is AMD Radeon RX Vega 56. But is it possible to run it on RX 550 if you don’t mind some lagging?

Microsoft fixed the game performance issue on Windows 10 devices
I have a Vega 56 and normally I can play with graphics setting maxed, and at worse the FPS drops to 60-75 in a really intense battle. But lately it’s been dropping to a full on lag of 1 or 2 second with graphics all the way down.
