Setting short numbering

Setting up short numbering in your Virtual AT will not take long. To do this, go to your Personal Account and in the «Services» section, select the «Short numbering» item.
Please note that the service is disabled by default. After completing the Short numbering setup, do not forget to activate the service by moving the slider to the right in the “Enable Short Numbering” service item. You can disable the service later. In this case, all numbering settings for the selected master number will be saved and you can reactivate the service at any time without making additional manipulations with the settings.
Setting short numbers
After activating the service, you must:

2 – Select Length of short numbers – three and four digit short numbers are available for you.
3 — Specify Short numbers for your employee numbers.
Please note that all used short numbers must have the same length (only three-digit and only four-digit).
Attention! Removed the use of commonly accepted short numbers for first responders — 112, 100, etc. You can get acquainted with the list of reserved numbers by hovering over the «Reserved numbers» block.
4 – Select Number of the subscriber to whom you plan to assign a short number. You can specify both a mobile, landline or SIP number of the Allo Incognito network, as well as numbers of other telecom operators. The right to directly dial a specific short number will allow your client to enter a short number when calling and connect directly with a specific manager.
7 — Item Outgoing calls is checked by default and gives all numbers registered to your contract the right to make outgoing calls. Please note that this item is not subject to change.
Extension dialing setting
In order for incoming calls to the multi-channel number you have chosen to have the possibility of direct additional dialing of a short number, you need to check the box in block Extension dialing , thereby enabling this possibility.
Attention! In addition to the dialing settings above, you need to set up a voice greeting for this number in the standard call forwarding settings! As a result, upon an incoming call, your client will be prompted to enter a short number immediately, without waiting for the call to be redirected to a free manager.

CALL FROM A SHORT NUMBER TO A SHORT NUMBER
Such calls are billed as follows:
1 — The first subscriber (1) makes a call from the short number to the short number of the Second subscriber (2).

The Ministry of Digital Transformation ordered to allocate a number of new short numbers in the range of 110-122 for quick access of citizens to state information and reference and social services.
By order of the department, codes 9 were also removed from the reserve82 and 987 for mobile communications.
New short numbers
The Russian system and numbering plan, which defines the structure of digital, alphabetic and symbolic designations (or combinations thereof) of telephone numbers, has been supplemented with a list of new short numbers. The corresponding order of the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia No. 425, approved on January 12, 2021 by the head of department Maksut Shadayev , was published on the official portal of legal information pravo.gov.ru and sent for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Russia.
The new order introduces changes to the Russian system and numbering plan, approved by the order of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications No. 205 «On approval and implementation of the Russian numbering system and plan» dated April 25, 2017, and to a number of other documents of the ministry.
The document assigns a number of new short numbers in the range of 110-122 to certain government services of information and reference and social nature.
