RTX 2060 e GTX 1650 são duas placas de vídeo da Nvidia lançadas em janeiro de 2019 e junho de 2020, respectivamente, que prometem entregar boa performance em jogos em Full HD, além de compatibilidade com recursos como Ray Tracing e DLSS no modelo da linha RTX.
As placas, que aparecem no mercado brasileiro por valores a partir dos R$ 1. 146, contam com versões de ao menos 4 GB de memória e podem entregar no modelo mais potente frequências que passam dos 1.600 MHz. Abaixo, o TechTudo apresenta um comparativo da ficha técnica das GPUs para ajudar o leitor a decidir qual dos modelos é mais adequado.

Especificações
A GTX 1650 é uma GPU de entrada, o que faz com que ela tenha especificações mais simples. A placa aparece em versões com 4 GB de memória nos padrões GDDR5 ou GDDR6, enquanto a RTX 2060 é uma placa intermediária com versões de 6 ou 12 GB GDDR6. A RTX 2060 também tem uma interface de largura de banda maior que a GTX 1650, sendo 192 bits contra apenas 128 bits do modelo de entrada.
Outra diferença notável entre as placas é a quantidade de núcleos CUDA que cada uma oferece. A GTX 1650 conta com 896 núcleos, enquanto a RTX 2060 de 6 GB traz 1.920 e o modelo de 12 GB aumenta o valor para 2.176 núcleos. Mesmo sendo modelos de segmentos distintos, o clock boost das placas acaba não sendo tão diferente, com até 1.665 MHz para a GTX 1650 e até 1.680 MHz para a RTX 2060.
Performance
De acordo com dados de sites especializados em benchmarks, a RTX 2060 é uma placa que entrega muito mais desempenho, o que fica claro tanto em testes sintéticos, que analisam o desempenho das placas e atribuem uma nota, quanto em jogos.
Os testes sintéticos indicam uma vantagem para RTX 2060 que pode chegar aos 78,9% em softwares como o PassMark. Já em jogos, na resolução Full HD a RTX 2060 pode entregar até 72,9% mais desempenho, de modo que, quanto maior a resolução, maior a diferença de performance entre as placas, ainda de acordo com os testes.

Consumo
Se você é um usuário que prioriza o menor consumo, sem dúvidas a opção mais interessante do comparativo acaba sendo a GTX 1650, que, como uma placa de entrada, consegue funcionar com menos energia, requerendo uma fonte de apenas 300 W e um conector adicional de seis pinos.
Já a RTX 2060 é uma placa mais exigente energeticamente, requerendo uma fonte de 500 W em sua versão de 6 GB e tendo ainda a necessidade de conexão de energia complementar por meio de um cabo de oito pinos diretamente da fonte de energia.
Recursos
A RTX 2060 também leva muita vantagem quando o assunto é o suporte a mais recursos, sendo uma placa da linha RTX, o que faz com que a GPU possa ter compatibilidade com recursos como Ray Tracing, que aprimora a iluminação em apps compatíveis, e DLSS, que, por meio de deep learning, faz com que a GPU possa entregar um frame rate maior.
O modelo mais recente ainda é compatível com aplicações de realidade virtual e com soluções da Nvidia como o Nvidia Broadcast, que oferece uma série de ferramentas para quem realiza transmissões de jogos pela internet.

Preço e disponibilidade
Atualmente a GTX 1650 aparece no mercado brasileiro por valores a partir dos R$ 1.146, sendo uma placa que tem uma boa oferta no mercado.
Já a RTX 2060 está disponível no Brasil em sua versão de 6 GB por valores a partir dos R$ 1.599, sendo a versão mais fácil de encontrar no varejo online, uma vez que o modelo de 12 GB não possui uma disponibilidade tão grande. Nas poucas ofertas disponíveis, ele aparece por valores a partir dos R$ 2.049.
Custo-benefício
A GTX 1650 tem um custo muito menor, o que faz com que ainda seja uma boa opção para quem busca uma GPU de entrada e não faz muita questão de gráficos em níveis mais altos ou suporte a tecnologias mais recentes.
Por outro lado, investindo um pouco mais, é possível encontrar a RTX 2060, que é uma placa que oferece muito mais desempenho, suporte a recursos modernos e mais memória, sendo assim uma solução teoricamente mais adequada para 2022.
