High Speed Motherboard for OVERCLOCKING and GAMING
the settings of the motherboard is superb. many sockets and is a full size motherboard suits the full tower case. it will not fit midi or mini tower.
3 PCI express, 1 pci express x16 and 2 PCI slots, plenty of slots to connect to fans, its own PCI bus cooler that cools down the sockets for graphic cards or other socket filler to provide cooler communication!!!
my Case got 5 fans and can get 3 more. i not yet connected it up yet but it seems it would do all! this Motherboard only can do up to 750watts of Power supply unit. so overclocking the PSU is unknown. i darent risk it.
Before you go ahead and buy one of those motherboards… be sure to buy anti static wrist clip to protect the chips! FRIED CHIPS are meant to be eaten!!!
The layout of the back plug connectors are in a good secured position. and the whole motherboard comes from a good stable and great built and secured things from GIGABYTE!
Specially the Nvidia models! which is great!Read full review…

Athlon processor
This CPU is at the top end of the Athlon speed range and is definitely worth having — the dual core processors make the PC rattle along like nobody’s business and it’s really transformed my computing experience. Software now runs like it should — snappy and efficient. I recommend this upgrade if your motherboard can take the chip !

AMD Athlon 64×2 6000+ 3.

I still reckon you can,t beat the AMD processors. This is the best i have built yet.Abit wireless mobo, sata 200gb hdd, dual layer dvd rw, 2gig ddr2 mem. super fast does everything i ask of it.256 ddr2 graphics and good old Win XP Pro. Won,t need to upgrade fore a while now ???? lets see what comes out next eh?.

6000 vs Phenom 9500 overclocked
I used this processor for a couple of months then upgraded to a Phenom 9500.
The Phenom was no faster than the 6000 even when overclocked !
The 6000 is clearly a great processor for the price.

AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 6400+, 3.2 GHz
Thought my old processor was fast but this is something else, multitasking is so much quicker now though core temps is a little higher than expected but with a good cooler managed to drop it by 10C under load.

AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 6000+, 3.0 GHz
Makes a real difference, mutlitasking is even faster and easier with this chip, and for gamers it is a must have due to its stability when overclocked
