736MHz

The graphics processing unit (GPU) has a higher clock speed.

GPU turbo

Unknown. Help us by suggesting a value.

When the GPU is running below its limitations, it can boost to a higher clock speed in order to give increased performance.

pixel rate

8.83 GPixel/s

The number of pixels that can be rendered to the screen every second.

floating-point performance

0.85 TFLOPS

Floating-point performance is a measurement of the raw processing power of the GPU.

texture rate

35.3 GTexels/s

The number of textured pixels that can be rendered to the screen every second.

GPU memory speed

957MHz

The memory clock speed is one aspect that determines the memory bandwidth.

shading units

Shading units (or stream processors) are small processors within the graphics card that are responsible for processing different aspects of the image.

texture mapping units (TMUs)

TMUs take textures and map them to the geometry of a 3D scene. More TMUs will typically mean that texture information is processed faster.

render output units (ROPs)

The ROPs are responsible for some of the final steps of the rendering process, writing the final pixel data to memory and carrying out other tasks such as anti-aliasing to improve the look of graphics.

Memory

effective memory speed

3828MHz

The effective memory clock speed is calculated from the size and data rate of the memory. Higher clock speeds can give increased performance in games and other apps.

maximum memory bandwidth

Reviews of the GeForce GTX 555

Shooting from the screen eats 15 frames, and also ddr5 from ddr3 is very different, I have ddr5 940mx and i3-7100u var thunder, tanks go on ultra rocket league on ultra also goes overwatch on high without problems

Usually they are bought with a limited budget. I have i3, 940mx, 6gb, I don’t seem to complain, although I only played DotA and MGS 5 on it, I also tried Wildlands beta, I managed to play 6 hours at 25 frames

What a powerful machine. I have a laptop with a discrete nvidia gt 230m at my disposal, this is the most powerful beast that it takes Civilization Beyond Earth to low in the native laptop 1366/768)

I don’t understand why i7 should be put in such laptops if it’s impossible on it it’s ok to play
