Description
AMD Starts Radeon HD 79 Sales70 GHz Edition June 22, 2012 for a suggested price of $499. This is a desktop video card based on the GCN 1.
0 architecture and 28 nm manufacturing process, primarily aimed at gamers. It has 3 GB of GDDR5 memory at 1.5 GHz, and coupled with a 384-bit interface, this creates a bandwidth of 288 Gb / s.
In terms of compatibility, this is a dual-slot PCIe 3.0 x16 card. The length of the reference version is 274 mm. The connection requires one 6-pin cable and one 8-pin cable, and the power consumption is 250 watts.
